People don't seem to get their 16's, so 15 will be the high end. The low end is 13, as some sales were around there.

So the price is the exact same as 3 months ago, but now it's made by a pudding

This is my outpost for the same hat. I was the buyer who got it for the Ap-Sap plus a few keys in items. I have a few posted offers in this range including 13 in items. Have had better in no outposted offers, but admittedly only two at 15, and only one that could have been argued at higher.

Yeah, I agree with 13-15. I haven't had it for too long so I would LOVE more :) But nobody is jumping in offering me 17 or 18. 13-15 seems about right.

Great. If you do get offers above 15, inform me. If there are solid offers above a current range I'll gladly change the price.
