I know this is fairly controversial, but this knife is extremely hard to sell at 23 or even 22.
UNSOLD:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6269728 (Up for a staggering 6 MONTHS, no offers over 19 keys and a V. Tyrant's)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10329794 (Parts worth 2 keys, selling for a bud and 3 keys or 24 keys for a week. No offers over a Steaming Conquistador.)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10431650 (Selling for listed price of 23, no good offers)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10454550 (Selling for 22 KEYS, no good offers)
BUYERS:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10479746 (Offered for $38, roughly a bud, but rejected)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7650427 (Offer to sell for 22 keys, rejected)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6039380#/36097863 (Multiple offers to sell for 22 keys, all rejected)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10051715 (Offered a knife with 2 keys of parts for 23 keys, rejected)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10482025 (rejected offer of 22)
SALES/ACCEPTED OFFERS:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10082284 (Offered to ADD 2 KEYS for a bud, sold)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10074536 (Multiple adds at 20 keys)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10520339 (21 keys)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9987930 (21, didn't have the keys atm but accepted)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10474652 (Tons of adds at 20)
All in all, I feel like I have enough proof to justify this decrease. This knife is never selling for 23 pure, and even 22 is hard to get!
Thank you for reading the proof before voting and making an educated decision.
Sold mine for 22 keys pretty easy today. I dont agree on having 21 in range. Downvote
That's still in range. Someone probably looked at your trade selling it for 22 and then they went to backpack.tf and used the 23 key price to think they were getting a deal. That's why 1 trade doesn't make a difference on items like these. Upvoted btw
That is nonsense what you talk. If its worth 22 keys and it gets sold too for 22 keys
Also if I waited till weekend I would for sure have sold it. But too many repwhores keep opening suggestions here I sold it quick before another suggestion gets opened about it
22 keys is in my suggested range, is it not?
Yeah, but it also includes 21. I'd suggest resuggesting under 22 or 22-23.
Not going to happen, there are a ton unsold at 22.
I see one in your suggestion, and it's a) been open for only 4 days and b) now closed. 22 can sell easily. But good luck.
Counter-proof:
UNSOLD:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6269728 (Up for a staggering 6 MONTHS, no offers over 19 keys and a V. Tyrant's) -->Guy hasn't been online in 54 days, probably hasn't been bumping regularly. Even if he has been auto-bumping, he's probably had loads of people adding him to pay the B/O and him not responding.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10329794 (Parts worth 2 keys, selling for a bud and 3 keys or 24 keys for a week. No offers over a Steaming Conquistador.) --> He's overpricing on this one, especially the parts. Even if the knife does have 2 keys worth of parts, no one's going to pay that much extra for them.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10431650 (Selling for listed price of 23, no good offers) --> Only open for 4 days, and it isn't a hugely demanded item.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10454550 (Selling for 22 KEYS, no good offers) --> No good offers? Dude, someone offered a PINK JUJU + 8 KEYS. That's like 30 keys.
BUYERS:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10479746 (Offered for $38, roughly a bud, but rejected) --> What? That offer wasn't rejected, it hasn't been responded to yet.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7650427 (Offer to sell for 22 keys, rejected) --> This is TF2OP, people buying things lowball all the time.
SALES:
Pretty much all of those are at quicksell prices.
Counter-Counterproof:
A: You have one in your BP. Just putting that out there.
B: Your opinion on whether or not somebody's overpricing doesn't matter, if their knife has parts and they're selling for 23 keys it supports the range no matter how good the parts are.
C: The pink Juju was dirty.
D: Yes, the trade has been autobumping. No, he still hasn't had anyone post on outpost: "Added", "I'll pay your B/O", or even any good offers. Guessing that he's been added DOES NOT MATTER.
And, finally: Sales =/= Sellers. The sheer quantity of them being sold under 23 is pretty huge.
Counter-Counter-Counterproof (meta):
A. Yes, I have one. I'm trying to keep myself from losing 2-3 keys from an inaccurate suggestion; fuck me, right?
B. Can't argue with that.
C. Doesn't say that anywhere. He would have mentioned it if it was, it's a difference between 10 and 21 keys.
D. People don't tend to post that. I'd say about 75% of the time people add you without posting.
I checked his BP, it was dirty. Also, regardless of whether people have added him, you have no evidence that they have, so the matter can be dropped entirely.
also http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10495768
"This user hid their own post." You don't have the keys in their BP. Anyone can post that, I'd need proof of a sale at 23.
We had a disagreement, trade didn't go through. Doesn't matter, though, he offered 23 keys.
If the trade didn't go through, he could have easily retracted or anything else. Unless the trade happened, it isn't valid evidence or counterproof!
Generally, commenting 'added' on a trade is considered legitimate proof. Even if someone offers a certain price, and the buyer hasn't accepted yet, it's still proof.
Okay, did someone dislike all of my comments? That's simply immature, and accomplishes nothing. I'd like to ask whoever did it to just leave the trade now, as a simple downvote would be enough.
MORE PROOF:
Unsold for a bud after 4 days, http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10445975
EVEN MORE PROOF: I'm just going to list some of the S. F. Knives unsold for 23 keys, including dear Ivor's here.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10513998
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10465542
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10411060
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10492483
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10495768 (Ivor's)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9963598
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10431650
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10465542
Now, you tell me. With over 70% of the S. F. Knives on Outpost being sold for 23 keys or less, some for weeks, does this price really deserve to stay at 23 keys flat?
All under 5 days old, except for that one who hasn't been bumping
If there are a few unsold at 23, the time period matters far more than if there are literally more than half of those on the market unsold at 23. I get that you don't want your BP to go down, but I'm only going to close this suggestion if you supply valid links of SALES AT 23 KEYS. Otherwise, you can simply leave.
Unless someone was avidly following the price of sf keys they wouldn't have links for sales. Also telling someone to leave because they disagree with your opinion of pricing after you called someone else immature is irony at it's finest.
I'm telling you to leave because you're not adding anything constructive at all to this suggestion. As I said earlier, give me a legitimate counter-proof and I'll close this suggestion, no questions asked. Otherwise, you're just taking up space in the comments!
People have downvoted your comments not to be immature, but because your proof is bad. As you can see, most of your comments are at -2 or -3, meaning multiple people have downvoted you, not just one. Backpack.tf is not your personal slave, you can't tell people to leave just because you disagree. I posted counter-proof, and in response you posted "counter-counter-proof" - the fact that I own one doesn't change my counterproof, nor does it help your suggestion - and now you're telling ME to leave. Multiple people have posted legitimate counterproof in this thread, and you respond by telling them they have no right to do so and to leave the thread.
When I say legitimate counterproof, I am referring to a sale at 23 keys. All of your comments are irrelevant if you can't show sales at 23! If you send me a single link of one selling for 23 keys, I will close this suggestion. Don't attempt to argue with me on this, I'm going to stand firm: Unless you can show me a sale at 23, your comments mean nothing.
Okay then:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10517717 <sold for 24.
Just for support:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10333135 <offer of 23 keys
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10059641 <offer of a bud + 2 keys
I'm sorry, did I mishear you when you said you were closing the trade if I posted a link to a sale of 23 keys or more?
Nah, you heard me right. I'm going to resubmit under 22 flat, which would likely get a more positive reception. Those aren't all sales (In fact, none are really), but regardless, that's what I'll do.
And furthermore : http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10517717 <sold for 24.
Same link used in your other three :P
