Can Backpack.tf just start banning people trying to raise the price of items they own? Sure it's free rep and all, but it's ridiculous.

They don't tend to be repeat offenders anyway. Either they catch on they made a mistake and educate themselves on the site's operation, or they never make another suggestion.
