A lot of low balls and offers asking to add, but here are some offers listed by the trade owner:

CONCLUSION: Most of the non-listed trades in the second trade can be classified as low balls, but there were only a few total from both trades that were even in the current range. The price seems a bit high considering the demand and how much people are willing to pay for this hat. The lowest plausible offer was an offer of 1.5 in unusuals, while the highest reasonable offer was a mix of items worth 2.1 buds.
