Nope, backpack.tf doesn't calculate special levels for items other than vintages. For example, I've sold many Lv.100 hats for 1 ref over their value.

My level 100 rag is valued at 2.1-2.2 buds, yet I have offers of a clean max and 50 keys pure on it
