Old price. Quite hard to find these being sold for 0.05. I offered one at 0.05 and got the following responce. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10517362

After about a week of searching for the Shoestring Budget for 1 Wep, I gave in a bought one for scrap.

Offered a scrap :

the people in your link that are selling it have been unsold i mean look in there backpack.

I was demonstrating the offers, not the sales.

Unsold and the offers are a month plus, let alone not enough proof. Easy downvote here.

However, I still offered a wep for one trade and was knocked back only one day ago.

Notice how this person is willing to trade a hair of dog (0.11) for the shoestring budget.
