In conclusion, I think 6.4-8.1 buds is quite low considering the fact that I've received offers of 8-10 buds~

You should add an Unusual Overpay for each unusual offer by about 90% or multiple the average price of the unusual by .90
Also, your offer of 8.5 Buds seems to have not reached the 8.5 Bud mark on his bp, but he does have an unusual.

Well you have to manually multiply each of the unusual's average price by 90% or .90 to be easier. That's what I do to my unusual offers. And also I didn't see there was extra earbuds in the bp. Maybe the backpack system of tf2OP is slower updating bp's than bp.tf. This suggestion is kinda 50/50 of being accepted / closed. Considering you didn't apply any overpay.
seems fair enough just a suggestion maybe put the value of the unusual offers next to them with the factored in unusual overpay, otherwise good in my opinion
