Conclusions: Sale at 1 is an outlier just like that one offer of 2 pure. Another sale at 1.5 established a low end while the high offers of 1.7 in 1+ month establish the high end. I usually don't like pricing the high end off of a rejected offer, but in this case 2 trades have been up for 2 months and that is the highest they are getting.
