If there was one on the market for that price, I'd happily pay 17. That would be a sale.

And/or the fact that I feel 13 is a bad low end and there haven't been any sales for that end.

Meh, I guess. Sometimes when pricing unusuals though, I think we need a bit less proof and a bit more common sense. I can easily see a retired hat with an old effect going for 14-17.

Opinions don't matter unless you have evidence to back them up, you can't just say i like that i would buy it for 17 so that should be the high end if no one else is ever going to pay that much.
