Lotta suspicious transactions with these hats. It's reasonably rare, decent tier, but all the owners are either asking too much or don't seem attached to it. All the rejected offers are enough to raise low end. Until that 2.5 buyout sells I can't in good conscience raise the high end, and its suspicious history doesn't help.
