easy he ask people to find links that are selling it that price and also tells them he will change the price for a reason after people give him the links he will look at them and if they are good then he will put the links on his suggestion on backpack.tf and see if it pass.

i was thinking that exact same thing

one trade shows only 1 sold it for 15 keys and one link shows it has been sold for 16 keys the rest none sold i even check there backpack and the history stat for that item before saying that.
