This item hasn't been updated in 6 months, and barely anyone has these. From looking around, this is what proof I've found:

SELLERS:

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5815125 - Offered 5 refined for the set (1.66 each)

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6295318 - Offered a key for the set (If keys are 5 ref, then that means it's 1.66 each)

BUYERS:

I can't find any that aren't buying under the current price range or are bumped constantly. Most of the trades got last added for the item about 3 months ago anyways.

Summary: There's barely any items here, and most of the buyers are buying under the current range. Most are in sets or have a special level that makes them worth more. Some people are offering higher on these items than the current range. There's none in classifieds so I can't get help from there. Please post counterproof to correct me.
