Offer of "my whole bp" Upon checking his bp, http://www.tf2outpost.com/backpack/218519, I went crazy that I could have gotten an o fire tossle. Then I noticed the offer was two days old. The original hat in his "whole bp" was a stormy barnstormer, which was traded to Pile of Dirt for his O fire tossle cap. I presume this is a 1:1 trade.

Conclusion, I sold for ~24.5 keys in a bud + sweets, the other original seller has an offer of 25 keys in items and the freshly unboxed one has no real offers.
