Conclusion: This hat has had various offers but the sales come in the my range and are generally done with unusuals worth considerably more. The Scorching salty dog offer wasn't on the outpost trade but even assuming it was real its an outlier in the data. The range is based on what this hat has sold for recently ~3.6 and offers/sales in the past.
