My verdict? 17 is too low for this hat. Only two people posted this low. And in my case, I rejected him, and the other case, was almost instantly outbid. The raincatchers lowest was 18 keys, But while I was offered a pure bud and 20 keys, I feel 19 is a much more suited low end for this hat.
