I have made a new suggestion for this hat that contains the current range of this hat. people have made offers of 15 pure on this hat, it needs a raise.

well if it isn't my friend Back in Black... while it is true that 11 keys is no longer really a valid range area for unusual hats, had you actually taken a look at the trades on outpost you would have seen that there are plenty of pure offers over 13 keys and you would have seen that this hat needs a real raise in price
