I found serious proof of a 13 seller, offers of 13, and a seller willing to do 13. However there were also offers of 14, so 13-14 is my suggested range. There's no solid proof for 15 so I think this is fair. The 12 key seller sold WAY too fast to be counted in, and there are quickbuyers paying 12, which will resell for more
