Usually i account overpay in unusuals as 0.9 buds but the wraith is hard to sell, I sold one (stormy wraith) for a bud under the low value

The previous owner ( http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197996787938 ) who is also shown in the screenshot also offered on my 2 le party phantoms worth 11-12 buds.

His offer was the misty skull fancy fedora + 4 S. Huntsman + S. Sapper + Crate 40 + s. gunslinger (forgot about this in the deal) - he was tentative about it and I wasn't sure if it was going to be a deal or not sorry I wasn't able to take the trade screenshot I wasn't sure if I was buying or not.. Using the prices on the phantoms it goes to around 11-12 buds (even though they sell for 12-13) which you can count the phantoms together at 11.5

Sorry there isn't much proof but there's only 2 of these in existence... and the previous owner had one for sale at 12 bud b/o sold for 9* in mixed but mostly pure.
