Yup, the 10-12 got closed because of little proof for 10, however 11-12 IS possible.

edit, sorry admins, I'm in a bit of a grumpy mood, but it's like 1 am here, and I still got some stuff to do before tomorrow.

I guess I just jumped a little too much at the price, saw a few for 10 keys, and assumed that would carry my suggestion. But if you take a look at my suggestion, Vincent said it wasn't time for it to change to 11 keys yet [url]http://backpack.tf/vote/id/518891f3ba2536bb27000004[/url], and he even had proof selling at 12 keys. For now, I'm gonna stay at neutral, but it looks pretty good.

Proofs of 12 is why that's still in the range. I disagree with 11 not being part of the price, and we're yet some time further, so I believe this WILL pass, but that's because I suggested it.

The bit about leaving out 11 was my personal opinion based on what I went over. There's definitely room for argument on it. The big issue was the 10 keys in range when so many people are happily offering 11.
