The price of this is a bit tricky. I watched the trades for a some weeks now and two sales happened recently and the new owners finally get more offers, so more data now.

cloudy crones, about 50 traded for Lantern TC + Cauldron Hairpiece (9+) + Secret Bonnet (6) + 10 buds --> tc was valued at ~25 buds maybe a bit lower ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6244251 his b/o was 26 buds).

Conclusion: Low end: 2 recent sales, High End: Unusuals offers. Some trades I showed are months old and are listed for aditional information.

About the big range:

Low End (Pure): Two recent sales at 16 buds, they should be in the range, even if there are some higher unusual offers (and no pure ones).

High End (Unusuals): One recent sale for 23 buds, some unusuals offers above 20.

So low end might be a bit too low and high end a bit too high. But sales happened there and I decided to make a bigger range and include all of them.
