The dirty weapon craze has died down a little, and now...
This is hard to sell at 0.05, I obviously dont have any proofs at 0.03, after all, how are you going to show that?
Unsold at 1 weapon:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10615326 2 days old
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10654829 4 hours old
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10373608 1 week old
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10607086 2 days old
Unsold at 1 scrap:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10363613 1 week old
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10437537 1 week old
Rest of the ones on Outpost are underbumped or irrelevant
The ones at one scrap are unnecessary imo.
Ok, thnx, ill just keep them there for now.
But... if you can't show proof for 0.03, why are you reducing the price to that?
Because, if you look around, 0.03 is a common price for dirties. like the eyelander, sandvich, sandman, FaN, etc, all use the 0.03 price in some way.
And how can you show proof of 0.03, btw?
I think this is valid.
Not selling for one weapon. Go to, basically, the lowest thing we got.
You can't really decide where the lower range is. Maybe people have been buying these for 1 wep, but the trades are unrecorded as they get closed.
Say 3 people are selling item x at 1 key. person 4 wants to buy 1 so s/he pays 1 key and so theres only 2 people left at 1 key. So if person 5 sees that theres 2 people selling at 1 key unsold should they lower the price even though it sells at 1 key and theres no proof at lower?
What if people are selling keys for 2.55, but the trades close before we can use them as proof? Your post is more speculative than mine.
K you misinterpreted my example. I was just saying that you can't create assume a bottom range without sales just because things aren't being sold at the high range. Secondly don't use keys as your example because keys are crazy shiz.
DOWNVOTE !
http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/1021-uncraftable-weapons-basic/ Thats why eyelander and sandvich and the others are worth less.
The price of this weapon however is fine as it is.
Opinions mean nothing. Unless you can provide some counterproof, this suggestion deserves upvoting.
I see you edited it. Yeah, in that case that link doesn't matter anymore.
Though the price of this uncraft is good as it is. You want counter-proof? Here you go: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7497830
Edit: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10490029 and more counter-proof. Again, price is fine as it is.
Okay, but 0.05 is still in the range. Considering that there are 4 links of unsold at 0.05, the suggested range is still fine. If the accurate price was 0.05 flat, there would not be any unsolds at this price for weeks.
Still upvoting.
I gave my counter-proof, now it's time for you to proof these can be bought for 0.03.
Edit: I also just found someone buying uncraftable weapons he doesn't have for 1 scrap each. And he doesn't have the huo long yet. Bringing the average on 0.05 once more. Again, price is accurate as it is.
2 sales at 0.05 is not counterproof as it is in the suggested range.
4 unsold at 0.05 for days and weeks indicates that this dirty weapon, similarly to others, is worth less than a clean one.
you gave proof for the high end (0.05).
low end (0.03) comes from 4 unsold for the high end (0.05) for days and weeks. same thing as with many other uncraftable weapons.
I can sell a clean huo long for 0.05 flat in seconds. If selling a dirty one for the same price is unsuccessful for days and weeks, it cannot have the same value.
I'll buy your Huo-Long Heater for a weapon if you add a scrap.
Bull shit. Price is fine as it is.
Uncraftable craze has died down? They're still selling to me
Your buying them?
