Many people on outpost and trading servers look for around 1 buds +. Also the effect is very good for an older hat and definitley should be at least one buds. It is a solid heavy hat and one of the nicest in a lot of people's eyes so I think 1 bud+ would be fair.
Give us evidence.
we cant base prices off opinions. if we did everyone's bp would be extremely expensive, and eventually be worth nothing. you should look for some proof.

Bad proof. Buyouts mean nothing. I can make my crate 56 have a buyout of 2000 Buds but that doesn't make it the new price.
Find us some real offers or past trades where it's been sold.
Furthermore, we don't use tf2pricecheck here as proof. It's a website based purely on opinion and we only change prices here when there is proof to match. So either start posting screenshots of offers from trade servers or links to outpost trades or people will just keep downvoting.
of course it doesn't, because a crate has a stable price. Unusual hats can fluctuate dude to new unboxing, duping and effect rarity. A crate can be foundby everyone so has a set price. Your argument stems from buyouts not being the set price, but the guide says to set it below the BOwhich I did. (At 1 buds) However looking back on it maybe 1.3 buds was stretching it so possibly 1 buds to 1.1 buds would be a fairer estimate. I currently am only able to find current sellers but if i come across any screenshots of these sales I shall link them. TBH though we wouldn't have prices unless people decided what effects and hats were high tier or low tier. For all you know nuts&bolts could be considered high tier for scout. Sorry I got a bitt off topic there but sites like tf2 price check give you a good starting estimate. The last price is 3 months old so i think a change would be good anyways
