Why to change such small range...

Because it's needed, since the 1.75 has problems, while the 1.5-1.6 can actually sell at a decent amount of time

I have sold a couple of them for 1 key and 3 ref (or 1.6 keys), the suggested low end. So, definitely there are people willing to sell them for less than the current price, but I have to say that I have sold them in the same day (bumping the trade), it's pretty easy. Proof:
