In conclusion, despite Lantern being awesome, the effect on this hat isn't doing so great. There was an offer valued at 1.6, so that should stay in the range, but most offers are valued at 1.3 or 1.5, and it was sold for 1.3 in unusuals recently, so it needs to be lowered slightly.
