In conclusion I feel like it is time to bring this down lower now. The reason I didn't feel like it should have gone lower than 10 last time was because the only trade being used as proof for the low end was a gifted medal (my trade actually) and that of course made it worth less than the others. But as of now, the highest offer is a 7.1 pure offer, and there is a trade with their B/O set to 8. Of course normally, the lowest B/O makes the high end, but in this case I am going for a slightly conservative bump down. I also sold my medal + 3 pure for a Moon AA which would be 9.7 pure if my medal was not gifted (took 75% of the price), or 7.3 pure since it was gifted.
