4 month old price, needs a bump up
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10438394 - C/O ~ Stormy Storm Jumper's Jeepcap = 30.93 keys ( Price of the Jeepcap is inaccurate and old )
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10348668 - Claims to have been offered 27
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10319466 - C/O ~ Bubbling Merry = 25.62 keys
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10625843 - B/O ~ 32 keys - C/O ~ Wraith Wrap (7.1) - Lantern Jefe (5.7) = 1.4 * 0.9 = 1.25 pure
In conlusion the only older sale I could find that was still current claims to have been offered 27 keys, although there is no proof for this other than that he sold it. All C/Os are above the current range so the low end needs to be raised, as well as the high end. Setting the high end at 28 since there is a 32 B/O and it hasn't been met yet and the highest offer is the 1.25 pure (~28 keys) Any counterproof or suggestions are welcome
Made the range 25-28, bp.tf converted the suggestions to buds though
All pure prices were found taking mid price of bp.tf and multiplying it 0.9 to account for overpay
bubbling merry (1-1.3 buds): 1.15 * 0.9 * 21 = 21.7 keys = 1 bud, not 25.6 keys
1.15 * 0.9 * 21.5 = 22.25 keys :)
either way the result is significantly less than 25.6 keys, and the suggested low end is unsupported.
The suggested low end can still be supported by the 28 key offer?
not really, since 28 keys offer supports the high end, not the low.
also, can't base a new suggestion on only 1 unfinished trade.
Well the only recent completed sale he has claims to have been offered 27 keys, while I'm not saying that is proof, he was also offered 23 keys and close to that with the other offer. We can assume he took more than that since he rejected the 23 offer, he would have sold it to him or the other guy before selling it for less.
Do you have any counter proof it should be a different range?
All I see here is 1 offer of around 22 keys in the 2nd link (out of the suggested range) and one rather complicated offer of around 28 keys.
So one link of proof, which is not enough to pass such a high increase in price. Downvote.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10319466 - Offer of 20 keys + a BMOC by runnerman1
That is 30.35 keys pure
30.35 keys = 1.4 buds (out of the suggested range, i.e., counterproof to this suggestion)
still downvoting.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10319466 - Offer of 20 keys + a BMOC by runnerman1
20 keys + BMOC = 1.4 buds (out of the suggested range, i.e., counterproof to this suggestion)
Votes split down the middle.
The range could use some work. Still, from the offers, it's clear current price is too low. With only one strong offer supporting it though, this is too high. A more conservative bump up is needed here.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10030030 - sold for 1 bud
Too few support above 1 bud to set the price to 1.2-1.3. As Vincent said, a conservative bump (to 1-1.2) would be better. That bmoc offer stands there pretty alone, maybe an outlier?
