There isn't a terribly convincing amount of proof, but its not a very abundant item. I'm gonna stay neutral, but keep on the lookout for more proof. If you can find a few more links with people successfully selling/offers of 1 refined, this'll be a for sure up vote

They both sold, as they belong to someone else now, good proof. One more tip though, don't assume, make sure. It's as easy as checking the history
I made sure on one of them, the other one the seller hasn't responded yet
The top one did sell for a ref, I asked the seller. Still not sure about the other one, seller hasn't added
