You're trying to lower the price based on offers, it doesn't work that way unless those offers were accepted. Raising prices from offers is fine.

Also, remove the trades with obviously AFK/dead owners from the "proof".

That's much, MUCH different. Unpaid buyouts under the range are suitable as proof to lower a value. You are showing UNACCEPTED OFFERS. The two are very, VERY different and what you're showing doesn't prove jack.

L2: Probably no offers because he's only looking for a flies attendant, and will reject any other offer

L3: only a week old. Unusuals need a while to get good offers. if your gonna decrease the price based on offers, you'll need to find much older trades to show that they don't get offers in the current range even after waiting a long time.

L4: Inactive trade. He hasn't been online in over a month.

L5: offered 40 keys actually, only 2 weeks old (not old enough to decrease the price purely based on offers)

L6: Only 2 days old

L7: Only 4 days old

Unusuals need a long time to sell. if your gonna decrease the price purely based on offers, you'll need to find older trades to prove your point. Unusual prices are lowered, if there are b/o's under the current price, or if there are old trades that haven't received offers close to the current range. But you have neither of those. Your proof is recent, considering they are unusuals, and none have b/o's under the current range
