I'm here once again updating the price on the Spectral Spectrum paint, people have been requesting I do it, so I figured why not?

Stock on these paints are LOWWWWW, and as we all know, while there's high demand, and low supply, the consumer's will pay whatever it takes to get what they want.

Average Outpost asking price - 20.583 (Excluding two of the trades, 2 buds/30 key buyouts)

Average selling price - Haven't contacted any sellers as of recent, will do so.

well i was meaing that i knw stock of spectra is @2281 but even supply of the spell stay constant but supply of seller that is willing to sell it at 14-15 decease that can also incease the price because supply drop but demand is constant or maybe rising because some people trying to stock up

Aight, 14-15 seems to be low. But asides from that, what do you think 'counter proof' usually means? :P

And also, if it means anything...I've sold two spectral bills for 30-40 keys in items, and a Spectral 2010 skull for a Blizzy Juju.

When people are too lazy to sell their stuff, and they want something, they get it. They were offers I couldn't POSSIBLY refuse.

The offers are low, the buyouts are high and there is still the prospect of the paint failing over time, even with that alt-trading trick. Most offers are in the 8-14 key range and are typically not pure offers.

I haven't seen ANYONE offering that low recently, show me some that are within the past fourish days. I just posted five things of counter proof that prove otherwise. Also working on contacting more people selling.

Go through the comments in the links provided above yourself, there are no offers matching the buyouts, and no sales at those prices, post completed trades at those prices if you want it to change. Downvote.

Ok, you have one link that has three sales at a 17-19 key range; then why is the suggestion at 18-22? The other links are offers only. Plans to buy and offers can always be retracted, and you see it frequently on outpost. No sales above 19 keys, offers are consistently below 16 keys, no need for this price raise.

I'm not seeing offers that are "consistently below 16 keys" and if there are any, you know that they will be INSTANTLY denied. Considering the fact that these 18-22 keys offers are sometimes being denied, even the THIRTY SIX key offer being denied, I believe that the price is indeed 18-22 keys at the minimum. Maybe offers from a week or so ago would be around 16 keys consistently. Not now.

Also, the offers I posted prove that people are willing to pay anywhere in this price range.

SELLING =/= SOLD, Please don't use asking prices as proof for this change. This item can still be found from time to time in the current range and just because owner's are eager to cause a inflation does not mean this item should actually go up. Downvoted

However, I don't really see the need for 18-22 keys. I see unobtained B/Os of 22 keys and *possibly* offers of AROUND 18 keys, but 18-22 is unjustified IMO. But yes, seems like price needs an increase.

First, when I had these spells up at 16 keys each I was getting more adds than I could keep up with. There are trades on outpost begging for this spell at 16 keys. How'd he scam you? I suggest reporting it to steamrep with some proof.

Comments have shown that 22 is a bit high at this time. Your proof of those are all what traders hope to sell for, not what trades are happening for.
