This is my first suggestion and I know that the price of this was just recently altered, but hear me out. I recently traded my old one ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10463490 ) for 19 keys ( http://puu.sh/2QtB8.png ) and while I understand that that trade was no doubt an outlier, other offers myself and other traders recieved indicates that there needs to be an alteration in the price.

Well as you can see there seems to be a surprising amount of demand for this hat. I ensured that I didn't use offers from the same user twice and I ignored the lowballs. Hopefully this is proof enough to support a change in price for this hat. Thanks for taking the time to read this and feel free to leave feedback.

Proof is good on the basis of pure offers.

However, unusual offers need to be calculated at a .9 multiplier (to account for overpay). This would make the Planets Dead Cone offer about 16.2 keys, going off of your listed price there (I don't feel like looking it up).

In the end, it doesn't matter. You have enough offers of above 14 keys to prove that, so you have an upvote from me.

However, just to be technical:

Dead Cone: ~16.2 keys

Festive Set: can be much more than 18 keys based on the seller's choice of "selling it as a set", meaning I'm leaving this one at 18 keys.

Planets Little Buddy (18-19 x .9 = 16.2-17.1 - 3) = 13.2-14.1 keys

Nuts Raincatcher - 12-15 x .9 = 10.8-13.5 + 1 = 11.8-14.5 keys

Bubbles Conquistador - 12.6-15.3 keys
