i think this range is fine and looks good, if you think i need to re-suggestion please comment. im very new to make unusual suggestions.
It would be nice if you could provide some previous sales. For example, your first link seems to have sold for Blizzardy Storm Vintage Merryweather (1.6-1.9) so about 1.6 with unusual overpay here http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10596103
This seems to be a rather fast sale, but not necessarily a quick sell, showing that had the seller held out they probably could have gotten closer to 2.

I used 1.75 x .9 =1.575, but either way it's in his range and below current range. I think a more exact range could be reached by using previous sales, but there is a lot of information and I need to get off this site and finish my term papers.
I can see why the range would lower. All-class, but all-in-all a mediocre hat with a low-tier effect.
