20 pgs on OP and you couldn't provide any unsuccessful buyer trades? It would have to take at least 20 links to prove this suggestion with such a huge market. The current proof with invalid links is severely insufficient.

second offer/sell was 2 moths ago :/ 4th was a week ago.. 5th was two weeks ago. 6th was 3 days ago and not accepted... last two were also days old... Not solid proof and if someon declines a .11 offer it doesn't mean anything at all.

Are people willingly selling these for .11?

Note how most of your ones declining .11 are weeks or months old, and only the first one has a better offer, which was 2 months ago. Also, you'd need to show buyers not able to buy at 1 scrap for long periods of time. Downvoted.

Sorry but down-vote, easy to find buyers at 0.11.

There are still sellers for 1 scrap, as shown in the comments. It shouldn't be removed from the range just yet.
