Please read the proofs before you think I'm trying to raise the price of my own unusual.
This unusual deserves another price bump as the current one is too low (I will never sell it within the current range anyways.)
NOTE: Overpay in unusuals is factored in my calculations by multiplying 0.9 by the average value (According to bp.tf) of the unusuals/items that were offered.

The user trade the items he offered away. Did he update his offer?
He was willing to give me another offer but I declined as I'm not interested in the rest. I rejected his offer and so he traded his items for another.

As far as I can see there's always personal gain behind everything when the fella that suggests (an increase in price) owns the item :P But who am I to judge.
your link 1 has the offer with the gifted pyromancers so you can't really use that as gifted items don't really have a price that is known, your link 2 was willing to do this + 3 buds -- 8-9 buds, the 9.6 buds, where did it come from?
Why can't I include gifted unusuals in the offer? Gifted unusuals are probably 1 bud off the normal price, and I also included overpay in unusuals. So I believe that offer hits 9.6.
because you don't actually know what they go for, you are just assuming it goes for a bud less but you don't know that
Taking a bud off should be more than a reasonable discount.
even if you took a bud off it would be 8.6 buds not 9.6, you never took the bud off in the first place
........... Let me do the math for you. Taking the average bp.tf value, Charmer's (6.5) + Gifted Pyromancer's (4-1= 3) = 9.5x 0.9 (Factoring in overpay)= 8.55, + 1 pure = 9.55. Now you tell me, how is that NOT 9.6
forgot the 1 pure, but anyways not so sure about this because i don't know for sure if you can value the pyromancers at 2.7 after overpay and link 2 was willing to sell for 8 pure

Accepting because the last price bump was conservative and was based on offers that he got within the first days of selling. Now they are getting better. Also the price for green energy is still higher.
But you should wait for more offers next time or until you sold it.
