http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10728156 (My trade) New trade, no offers at the moment
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10643568 >>> Recently sold for a O.F. Guad (1.2) + Smoking Tavish (1.1) + Strange Pan (12 Keys) + G. Ap Sap (7 Keys) + Sweets (6 Keys) = 3.4 / 3.1 with Unusual Overpay (Including overpay in item sweets as well)
Offered a Steaming Marauder (1.2) and Planets Grimm (1) = 2.2 / 2 with Unusual Overpay
Stormy Dogger (1.6) + Planets Little Buddy (18 Keys / About .8-.9) = About 2.4 / 2.2 with Unusual Overpay penalty

Someone willing to do 2 Pure + Sweets or a mixed offer valued somewhere around that
Even though it did sell for a bit more than 3 buds in unusuals / items I think a new range of 2.2-2.6 would be more reasonable since most other offers range between that amount and the one that sold for a little more than 3 is kind of an outlier. Instead of making a drastic change to 3, 2.2-2.6 would be a safer range for now.
All prices are taken from Backpack.tf in order to make this suggestion fair
If it WAS sold for 3.1 in items, high end is too low. Why not 3.1 as high end? :] Price is outdated as we can see
Maybe for now it's good but I'd too high end higher but it's just me
Good point, i'm just afraid the suggestion won't pass with such a drastic change in pricing if I made the high end 3.1.

I take back what I said earlier :P Voters are quite limited on that particular hat though but I know what you mean
