So why 13 keys? Why not higher?

Probably because a lot of these proofs were used in other suggestions that wanted higher ranges and failed miserably due to counterproof.

there aren't any offers at 15 (only an accepted, but retracted one) but neither are their sales at 13 and the bs that every unusual needs to have a range says that the price needs to be the same + I bought mine in mixed for 13.5

I didn't account for the overpay puddingkip did and since he a is a more experienced user I thought I would leave them alone
