He was offered a Bud + Ebenezer minus 2 ref, but its more of a "I'm just seeing what is the best Unusual i can get for my stuff" offer rather than a "I really want that Hot Dogger" offer. Blink was willing to take it but it seems the other person thinks he can get more. We'll see.

He didn't get any offers but he values it at 20 keys. Not really proof but I guess its sorta a cool bonus to this suggestion.
So what I see here is that its pretty goddamn easy to score more than the current price range, in both pure and Unusual offers.
Of course, if you see a problem in my suggestion please help me improve it!

Hat does need a slight increase in price, although I don't think the high end should go over 20 keys. I'm being picky though...
The Outdoorsman + Bill's shows higher is possible, and the 20 key BO is less than a week old. Positive votes and a nicely conservative increase given provided proof. I'd say this is definitely acceptable.
