8 MONTH OLD PRICE, 1ST EVER SUGGESTION WITH PROOF

Currently have the only one on the market, 1 of 2 in the world. This suggestion will be based off of a trade from 1 month ago.

Let me know if you think 18-21 is a bad range, or if I missed something. I looked at the hat's history, it hasn't been on outpost in 8 months and the last suggestion just priced it based on what the price of a Flies Outdoorsman was.
