    Recent offers do look more promising. The person who offered 2 buds doesn't have 2 buds in his bp. Everything else kind of falls short of 2 buds though.

        Yep the 2 bud offer is pretty alone their and he never responded to that (ok he is ofline since 7 days). At the moment I would call it an outlier and would prefer a range like 1.4-1.7.
