[proof below] outdated price no where near should this be 12 keys. Confetti is now somewhat rare as most gets stuck to a collector's bp and it's getting more popular due to the first person view model from steam.

Or ya know, he could've sold the fetti one to the next person who owns it and then bought the beams one, since there's no evidence of them exchanging.
