Actually he has been offered G.Fetti Tree, also a Stormy l'Inspecteur +set for it. I don't think he is taking buy outs.
first two links are the same and in that link the Festivizer is gifted/duped. As for your own trade, you have no 2 buds offers nor any unusual offers at 2 buds overpay.
Either way, a price has been offered, the price will rise or will be lowered. I'm not having any delirious expectations about it. Still, publicity will do its wonders by itself.
Looks for me like another attempt to raise his own hat :/. No reliable proof, even counter-proof.

That is your old trade and your B/O was 2 buds or a max's and you had a C/O of 1 bud. Still see no proof of this price easy downvote.
To be fair that was 2 months ago and it looks like it was closed pretty quick. Even still, theres no good proof out for a price bump so far.
