Where does the high end come from?

Don't use the laziness of others as an example.

Just updating the low end. Almost all sugestions who were updating the low end to 12 keys did it. Why I can't ? If I do it without a range it will get closed. If I do it without proof will get closed and if I'm just updating the low end you complain about the high end.
