I will go with Baloos recommendation of 3.3-3.7
And i have put it up for offers. So if offers should exceed this then i will use that for a better estimate of recent pricing.
I think it would be better to just wait on offers you get before pricing it. It seems kinda forced to be using such old proof. Now that it's on the market, we can get a better assessment with recent offers. You'll just wind up suggesting a price again in a week. Why not just wait?
He only put it on the market because he wanted more recent proof to make this suggestion. Now the only reason to have it open is to see whether people start offering more, but as Liddojunior said in his status update on the forums he isn't overly interested in selling and the 6 bud buyout is only to deter someone actually buying it unless they truly do want it.
Yeah, I saw that. And I totally understand. But why not wait until we actually get that recent proof? He'll get offers, and in a week we can see what buyers are willing to pay. It's an autobumped trade, so I'm sure he'll get plenty of offers to evaluate this.
I don't understand the point of using months old proof when we'll have better data in a week.
While I can see that waiting a week to possibly field more offers may be helpful, I do not view as necessary in order for this suggestion to pass. These trades span months of time in which they show a fairly consistent price that the unusual bank boy has been sold for. To show constant sales of relatively the same value overtime is just as useful when you are pricing an unusual in this case. There are no others on the market to go off of nor does it appear there will be in the future. Therefore this extensive look into the trade history is just as useful if not more so than fielding offers because this shows consistency rather than the possible chance of a outlying offer that is the basis for a future suggestion.
I agree it's not necessary. And if there hasn't been a suggestion in the past, 3-4 months old trades are totally fair game. My point is that if he has no intention of selling this, is it absolutely necessary to price this today? Can it not wait 1 week? 2 weeks? Why not use more data rather than less when more is available?
Well if I waited the links would have been lost in time. And I think that showing the previous sales are more reliable then just a trade getting offers. Because I'm sure I'm not going to get most offers publicly.
And only reason I would have to re submit a higher price if I get several 4 buds + offers. So you don't really have to worry about me making a new one. I'm not some rep hungry contributor haha
Yeah, and I suppose you shouldn't really HAVE to put it on the market just to price it. Sorry man, didn't mean to bust your balls. I've priced loads of tf logos and pretty much all are rising. Your evidence shows your suggestion is more accurate than the current range. I'm sure it'll pass.
Vincent seemed to accept this proof. And all that proof is not that old since it hasnt been for sale in months so its the most recent proof.
And i would only make a new suggestion after this if offers are way past this range. Into 4 buds+

I totally get where you are coming from, man. Really. I would do the same thing. But if you are going to get offers in the next week, why not just wait until then? Why use old data when you don't have to?
Its recent data. And i prefer to use actually sold as evidence because mine is not going to be sold. And its only up for offers in case it gets higher then this.
