CONCLUSION:

The Nuts N Bolts theme with this Engineer hat should boost its price a bit, but 14 keys is way to low for this hat and any offer below them are instantly rejected, *cough cough* the 12 Key one. Rofl.

Well there is one 18 keys offer. The seller never responded to that, and the "willing buyer" of course doesn't have the keys any longer (if he ever had them). I don't know...

Well he offered them in the first place, however its not the buyer's fault that the seller was away for so long ._. Plus the offer was pretty recent.
