Offered a low craft number Solly Medal which is apparently priced to be around a bud. I won't count this as evidence cause these things are hard to price most of the time.

Offered a Nuts and Bolts Buckaroo's Hat (Which is an Upgrade according to backpack.tf though if you include overpay its only 15 keys)

He was also offered a Orb. Fire Puglist which is 15 Keys with overpay, no biggie except it was completely rejected even though it has a higher average of 17.47 keys VS the current price range of this Ol Geezer (15.59)

Owner completely rejected a 14 keys (In current price range)

The owner was then offered a Logo Hotrod which is ideally a free upgrade in hat! It is also 19 keys including overpay! Wow! That's way above the current price! It seems the owner is thinking about it too, which is why 19 keys is incorporated in the suggested price range.

He was also offered a Flies Counterfeit Billycock, 16 keys with Overpay. This is simply to show its pretty easy to score a 15-16 key Unusual (including overpay) with this hat.

So why 20 Keys? Who's offered a 20 key Unusual or 20 Keys pure? The same guy that owns it right now.

He values it at 18-21 keys and rejected offers of people using this current price range such as 14 keys + LFD2, 12-14 keys. He then sold it for 20 Keys, which was evidently his B/O. This shows its possible to get 20 keys with this hat as well.

Time to dig up some ANCIENT PROOF (as in 3 months ago). Keep in mind this price has never ever changed before. Anyway, lets get started.

First offer: 18 Keys (Already more than the current price range, was not accepted)

Second (Notable) offer: Steaming Outdoorsman, which is currently 15.94 keys (more than this hat at the moment) but with overpay its only 14 keys. I'm just showing that you can get more than what backpack.tf currently says you can with this hat.

Third (Noteable) offer is a Bubbling Big Chief which was 16.33 keys at the time (average) but 14 keys with overpay. Just to show you can get more than what backpack.tf says. I feel i'm showing this too much.

Fourth (Noteable) offer is a NnB Buccaneer's Bicorne, which at the time was 14-18 which is 16.33 (average) but only 14 keys with overpay. Once again, just to show you can get more than what backpack.tf says its worth. HOWEVER. The same guy that offered this also offered 19 keys, which was rejected.

He was also offered a Bubbling Hound dog which was 19 keys~ish (average) at the time and 17 keys with overpay!

So what have i shown here? Its pretty easy to score a 15-16 key Unusual (with overpay) and even 17 Keys. However, there are offers of 17-19 keys that have been rejected. And there is also one that was sold for 20 keys hence the High Value. Ta-da
