christley didn't do any research on this hat, I spent an hour researching. Results:

buyout of 15, offers 13 pure, seller wanted one more, added to discuss and sold (presumably for 14)
bolts counterfeid billycock (14-16) + 1 so 15
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10691911
only other one on the market in a looonngg while, sold for unknown amount, offer of 12
so, with a sale at 14 and an offer of 15, 14-15 is my range. Not much proof, because there isn't any out there. Trust me I used unusual hat search and this one was the only one of 26 or so owners that has been on the market.
Shouldn't the counterfeit billycock offer be like 13,6 keys when taking unusual overpay in count? Or if I did the calculations wrong you could tell me how to do it properly :o
you can just take the low range, which is 14. It's moslty the easiest way to calculate overpay. If you'd take 90% of mid range you'd get 14.6 indeed, but as that are terrible numbers it's generally accepted to take the low range.
Oh ok. I thought you were supposed to take the lower range and multiply it by 0,9. Thanks for clearing it up!
Upvoted by the way, the proof is solid.
