so, 11 doesn't sell anymore, and with some sellers at 9 and even 2 at 8, I'd suggest 9-10. Buyers, mainly quickbuyers yes, get offers of 9 and even lower. Some for 7, some for 8. People don't do that if the market price isn't around 9. You wouldn't even quicksell an unusual for an unpainted bill's would you now?
