Why is the top and bottom range 2.3 and 2 respectively, when most owners are willing to sell for lower than that?

Also with unusual overpay the Baker and Headwarmer are only 1.8 Buds each and the Pyromancer + Brigade are only 2.07 Buds

A couple of tips: All unusuals are priced in pure. This means that any offer in unusuals or items must account for overpay (~10%). That 2.3 in unusuals would be valued at ~2 pure.

he just changed price i saw that when i was looking for proofs. he had 2 buds+ B/O if i remember good. Also this is the same person who offered on my Quicksell trade. So i guess this is quicksell, i shouldnt use this to make price suggestion right?

You are correct. That should not be used unless he is unable to sell that for 1.45 in a week.

Stormy Beanie = 1.6

Bubbling Rack = 18 keys

1.6+18=2.4

2.4-5 keys = 2.2

When an unusual is offered, you should probably calculate reverse 10% overpay (add 10% since he is supposed to overpay). I don't go that far, but I will take middle value.
