Also he completely wiped off a bud offer pure.

Using the past suggestion's proof also proves my range to be correct.

The Previous Owner sold his for a Steaming Lucky Shot (1.4-1.8 Buds) No Unusual Overpay.

Sold it there for 1 Bud + 8 Keys + Outback Intellectual - 1.4 Buds (Low Range)

CONCLUSION:

Although there isn't much proof, 1-1.11 Buds is way too low for this hat because the owner didnt even respond, he just hid it like a bad ass. The previous owner sold his for a 1.6 Bud Unusual. Finally, the third to last owner even declined 3 1.4 bud offers which was the high range in the past. All I'm saying is this hat needs an update in price.
