im pretty sure that 10 buds in unusuals is a overpay.
harvest moon juju has an outdated price of 9 buds. With more being unboxed, since last price revisit, I'm guessing it's worth less, and still within range of old range, regardless, with unusual overpay.

Counting middle *0.9 overpay your only unusual offer worth more than 8 is that juju - about 9 buds that is probably outdated and obviously outlier by bud from anything else
8 bud offers declined, many unusual offers which are at least 8 buds, all declined. Suggested range is way better than the old one, accepting.
