With the news of new one off unusuals today the price of these has raised slightly.

The steam community market price has risen up to 12+ cents each up from 4 cents this morning.

What? Nobody's saying this will only have unusuals. It will however have NEW LIMITED UNUSUAL EFFECTS just like the halloween effects.

i started hoarding them when the news got up on reddit.

when i bought them they were 0.05€ each on market. now they are 0.06€

Way too easy to buy for a scrap; had adds in seconds after putting up a scrap each buy trade.

By the time this suggestion gets moderated the hype will have gone down, so I'm not sure it's worth changing

Didn't you previously say something about no minimal changes?

That was chief. For items this cheap there's no reason not to change it by small amounts, but that doesn't mean this particular change is worthwhile
